About the Formats
Attendee Services assists you throughout the Convention & Exposition, including but not limited to registration help, a design desk to help you plan your on-demand and live virtual experience, TCEA membership booth, and merchandise.
Exhibit Hall is a function that will occur in the virtual exhibit hall. This includes dedicated hours, full hours, and additional offerings through the exhibit hall.
Exhibitor Showcases are live sessions scheduled in an exhibitor booth and an hour in length. These events are limited to 100 attendees, and allow exhibitors to showcase educational products and services.
In-booth Presentations are live sessions scheduled in an exhibitor booth and 30 minutes in length. Like Exhibitor Showcases, these events are limited to 100 attendees, and allow attendees to demo the exhibitor’s products or services.
Live Sessions and Panel Discussions are live-streamed presentations or panel discussions. These events are streamed live and recorded for those who could not participate during the scheduled time.
Live Hands-on Experiences are virtual workshops. These events have limited capacities, but do not require advance registration. The room fills on a first come, first served basis, and include deep dives into content with hands-on participation.
On-Demand Presentations are pre-recorded educational sessions you may participate in at your own pace through March 5, 2021. Presentations are released at a scheduled date and time, but available for you to participate at any time throughout the access period.
Packages are overarching themes of content distributed at scheduled times throughout the event. These are not stand-alone events, but include a package of on-demand and poster session content released during this time.
Poster Sessions are virtual versions allowing you to discover informative multimedia at your own pace. Join at the designated date and time to interact with the presenter and dive into the content your own way.
Special Events are live events provided exclusively live, not recorded. These events include networking events, Special Interest Group events, and more.
