Important Information for Volunteers with Complimentary Registration: Please be aware that this year, for the first time, a cancellation fee applies specifically to those receiving a complimentary registration.
- Cancellation Before January 2, 2025: If you cancel your shifts and complimentary registration before January 2, 2025, there will be no penalty
- Cancellation Within 30 Days of the Event: If you cancel your shifts and complimentary registration within 30 days of the event, you will be responsible for the full registration fee based on the date you registered, as detailed in our cancellation policy at https://tcea.org/payment/.
