Important Information for Volunteers with Complimentary Registration: Please be aware that this year, for the first time, a cancellation fee applies specifically to those receiving a complimentary registration.
- Cancel By 11:59 PM, January 1, 2025: If you cancel all shifts and your registration before this deadline, no cancellation fee will apply.
- Cancellation After January 1, 2025: If you cancel all shifts and your registration within 30 days of the event, you will be responsible for the full registration fee based on your original registeration date. Full details are in our cancellation policy at https://tcea.org/payment/.
